Full Gospel Non-Denominational Ministry
Pastor Wallace was given a vision by God of Living Water Ministry in 2007, “To build bridges through spiritual development to convert the hearts of men to Jesus Christ whereby one may receive eternal life!”
With this vision, Living Water Ministry was birth and held its first service on Sunday, June 28, 2009 at Shepherd Church of God, Troutman, NC. Living Water Ministry now worship and praise God in our very own sanctuary located at 145 Lipe Road, Troutman NC 28166.
Living Water Ministry is a Non-Denomination Ministry endeavoring to preach and teach The Gospel of Jesus Christ through the power of The Holy Ghost to all who may hear.
We have witnessed the miracles of Jesus Christ take place in the lives of many and as a result, He has expanded our ministry as far as Alaska and internationally through social media.
We accept the great commission from The Lord Jesus Christ with love, joy and excitement!
Going and teaching all nations, baptizing them in the name of The Father, and of The Son, and of The Holy Ghost: Teaching others to observe all things whatsoever God has commanded us: Believing that as we embark upon this journey, God will always be with us even unto the end of this world. AMEN (Matthew 28:19-20)

Overseer jeffrey & First Lady Eva Wallace
Leadership always in the making!
Overseer Jeffrey H. Wallace retired from the United States Army on August 1, 2006, after twenty years of service. He also retired from Cabarrus County Schools on June 14, 2019, after working with Exceptional Children. Overseer Wallace has many educational achievements to include: Associate Degree in Business Administration, Diploma in Theology, Associate Degree in Biblical Studies, Bachelor Degree in Theology and a Graduate Degree in Theology.
Overseer Wallace preached his initial sermon under the mentorship of Pastor Kay F. Gamble on June 15, 2003 while a member of Jerusalem Baptist Church, Mooresville, NC. Pastor Wallace served as Youth Minister at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Chapel in Anchorage, Alaska; Youth Minister at Jerusalem Baptist Church and Interim Pastor at New Life Missionary Baptist Church, Troutman, NC. Overseer Wallace was given an array of visions by God of Living Water Ministry in 2007, and with those vision founded Living Water Ministry also known as Living Water Ministry of Troutman.
Overseer Jeffrey H. and First Lady Eva Kernes Wallace have been happily married for thirty two years. They have two sons, Arlan – a graduate of North Carolina State University and CEO of The Movement Merchandising. Arlan recently sought a career change and joined The United States Army, stationed at Fort Bragg, NC. Arlan is married to our loving Daughter-In-Love Danajiah and have three beautiful children in which we lovingly call our grand-babies. Jayden, a 2020 Graduate of Cox Mill High, Concord NC, is currently a Senior at East Carolina University, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
First Lady Eva is a graduate of Fayetteville State University, with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education (K-6). She recently retired on June 12, 2020 after 31 years of service as an Educator. First Lady Eva concluded her career from Cabarrus County School District as a First Grade Teacher at Cox Mill Elementary School, Concord NC. First Lady Eva is The founder and CEO of Char'a Academy - Girls Empowerment of Mooreville and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
